Fresh local Sprouts
Peak City Farms lives in an unexpected part of Apex, visible from Olive Chapel Road and only
two miles from the American Tobacco Trail. As Apex has grown, our vision for this land has also
evolved. We are about keeping local agriculture alive while celebrating Apex’s unprecedented
growth. We are doing that with fresh, locally sourced and accessible produce such as
microgreens, lettuce, tomatoes and cucumbers; all hydroponically grown onsite.
The above water painting is a future design of our farm and has become our logo to remind us of our vision. Our farm is family owned and operated with the intent to provide local grown sprouts to Apex residents and restaurants
