Our Hydro Romaine is grown in a nutrient-rich water system for maximum freshness and crunch. Sweeter and more tender than field-grown varieties, it’s the perfect base for Caesar salads, wraps, or fresh eating. Long-lasting and full of vitamins!

At Peak City Farms, we grow premium microgreens using sustainable methods right here in Apex. These nutrient-dense powerhouses are harvested at their peak for maximum freshness and flavor. Perfect for salads, sandwiches, garnishes, and healthy snacking!
Pea Shoot MicrogreensOur Pea Shoot Microgreens are a customer favorite! These tender, sweet shoots taste just like fresh garden peas with a satisfying crunch. Packed with vitamins A, C, and K, plus iron, calcium, and antioxidants, they’re an easy way to boost your immune system and add vibrant color to any meal.
Use them raw in salads, on avocado toast, or lightly wilted in stir-fries and pastas. They’re one of the most versatile microgreens we grow!
Broccoli MicrogreensOur Broccoli Microgreens deliver a mild, peppery kick and are loaded with sulforaphane—a powerful compound known for its health-supporting properties. These little greens are bursting with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that make them a true superfood.
